1.R&d engineer
Job requirements:
1) Master degree in chemical technology, fine chemical, applied chemistry, etc.
2) Have a deep professional knowledge foundation of chemical engineering and technology, familiar with chemical technology and chemical production process;
3) Have good communication skills and team spirit, have strong practical ability, open mind, practical and willing to work.
Duty
1) Responsible for the development of new product production process or formula;
2) Evaluate the feasibility and safety of the production process;
3) Participate in the handling of various production process accidents, and put forward improvement measures and suggestions;
4) Provide process operation guidance to the production department, support normal production operation and improve production efficiency;
5) Evaluate the introduction of new products and new technologies, and digest and absorb the introduced new products and new technologies;
6) Responsible for pilot test verification and pilot test tracking of new raw materials.
2. Sales Engineer
Job responsibilities:
Assist manager to establish comprehensive sales strategy;
Establish good cooperative relations with customers and the same industry;
Guide and control the direction and progress of marketing work;
Organized the department to develop a variety of sales means, and completed the sales plan and payment collection tasks;
Master the market dynamics, familiar with the market situation and have unique insights;
Assist in handling major customer complaints, track the result of handling complaints, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys;
Conduct customer analysis, establish customer relationship, and tap user needs;
In-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information, to provide business development strategy basis for enterprises;
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
25-38 years old, major in chemistry, English, marketing or above;
Have a certain English foundation, can communicate with customers in English;
Meticulous, rigorous, and strategic forward-looking thinking;
Have strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability;
Excellent ability in market development, project coordination and negotiation;
Have a high degree of work enthusiasm and responsibility.
3.equipment maintenance
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for daily repair, maintenance and maintenance of equipment;
Responsible for equipment fault troubleshooting and experience summary;
Responsible for spare parts management, formulation of spare parts, tools procurement standards and plans;
Responsible for the standardization of maintenance documents, recording, statistics, analysis and archiving equipment maintenance checklist;
Cooperate with department leaders to complete various tasks.
Qualifications:
College degree or above, 25-38 years old;
Major in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance;
Welder, fitter working experience is preferred.
